About us

Our team of pelvic floor physical therapists all have advanced training in managing women with pelvic floor concerns and are passionate about bringing the highest quality pelvic healthcare to the women of Bucks County, PA

A word from one of our patients:

Dr. Jenn Perna PT, DPT, OCS, PCES

Owner, Pelvic floor therapist

As a woman who recovered from four childbirths, Dr. Jenn has experienced how little support and guidance there is regarding postpartum recovery. After experiencing both orthopedic and pelvic pain after recovering from her second pregnancy, she realized the need for a quiet and private physical therapy clinic that specialized solely specializes in women's pelvic health concerns.

Dr. Jenn is a huge advocate for promoting women's health and educating the community that while pelvic floor concerns are common, they are never normal and has created a team of therapists that align with this mission.

Dr. Michelle Poulopoulos PT, DPT, PCES

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist

Dr. Michelle is passionate about helping women feel like their best selves within their bodies. As someone who loves being active, she feels all women should be able to be as active as they'd like, without worry about pelvic floor concerns. She loves incorporating relaxation and mindfulness into her treatment sessions in order to decrease stress into the nervous system.

Dr. Elyse Ryden PT, DPT, CLT

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic floor therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Dr. Elyse has a passion for improving the pelvic health of women, particularly those with chronic pain, hypermobility disorders, pregnancy/postpartum, lymphedema/oncology, and the female athlete. Too often, people suffer in silence because pelvic health concerns are often stigmatized. Through her work as a pelvic health therapist, she has seen how women are underserved and under-researched in the medical field and it is her mission to change that!

Dr. Kaity Kind Raju PT, DPT

Dr. Kaity has a passion for improving the pelvic health of women, particularly those that are pregnant/postpartum. Dr. Kaity likes helping women become the best version of themselves and get back to the life they want to live. Having experienced how hard it can be during pregnancy, giving birth and afterwards, she loves to educate women on how to support their own body.
